    This machine, combined structure, has been heated processed and highly frequently vibrated. Guarantees the whole precision, rigidity, excellent torsion and stability of the machine. The thick working table plate and ram give the assembly high rigidity. The linear and angle of the finished plate are the same.

    This system, position control system, uses the linear encoder to check the anachronous error of the ram and correct it by using DNC electric-hydraulic servo valve. Keeps the parallelism between the ram and working table. Ram synchronous accuracy: ≤±0.02mm
    Y1-Y2 axes (Austria RSF linear encoder, installed on the ram’s right and left)
    They are used in measuring the distance between the ram and working table. The adjustable connecting between the linear encoder and uprights prevent positioning from the influence of the uprights. DNC system can calculate the output servo valve control signal (S1-S2) as soon as receiving the positioning feedback. Ram repeated positioning accuracy: ≤±0.01mm
