Copra Design Software for Roll Forming Machine

ACL is one of few companies who have applied the special design software COPRA to roll forming machinery. COPRA solves all the problems in processing, including design of rolling wheels, product forming and quality controlling. By improving the wheel’s quality and reducing the processing time, it overcomes disadvantages of roll forming technique, such as remaining stress and high-cost for wheel installation and replacement. Duplex Roll Forming Machine Series

It uses two roll forming machines to work together. The distance between two machines is driven by machinery. It can be adjusted to process products with different required sizes. Such as wallboard, door, keel, line slot .etc. The width can be changed in a range of 200mm to 1530mm.
